Merry Christmas!

This heartwarming tale of a young boy's doubts in Santa and a magical ride on a train called the Polar Express, is perfect for a Christmas read. The many things the boy does while trying to decide if Santa's real and the imagery are truly worth the time this takes to read.
 As it is Christmas, the Bookworm must leave now, but it wishes everyone a Very merry Christmas.

Twin in the Tavern

Twin in the Tavern is an intriguing, captivating book, about the adventures of a young boy who is haunted by his uncle's dying words, "danger in the city, beware." Kidnapped  and taken to work in a dingy and altogether dishonest tavern, this book tells of the boy's wariness and his discovery that he has a Twin!
  The Bookworm highly recommends you read it, as you will enjoy it from start to finish.

Another Manga

Although it is hard to find this series, it is a manga worth reading. It is sweet, hilarious and charming. If one is looking for a light read, then this series is definitely one to try for. It's beautiful and animated artwork coupled with its amusing and sweet story-line is a portal to another world, where young boys sent to find their destinies find out they have an ancient power called the Triforce, and are pulled into adventure after adventure because of it.
 The Bookworm recommends searching for this series, it's worth it.

Caddie Woodlawn

 Caddie Woodlawn, about a young girl who is more energetic and tomboyish than most of her elders would like, is an enjoyable true story about what life was like for pioneers and the hardships of growing up in the shadow of the fear of Indians. this tale of a young pioneer finding her way in the winding, hilly road of life, is a relatable story, and the Bookworm has enjoyed it for years on end.
 It has found it's way into most libraries, and is easy to find, therefore the Bookworm urges you to ask your librarian for it the next time you head to the library.

A Manga

Amazing Agent Luna is not your average book. It is what is called a manga. An action packed, spy/romance book, it tells the tale of an utterly inexperienced young girl trying to find her way in highschool, while trying to gather information for her spy agency. This sweet and lovable manga series is addictive and funny, sweet and sad and best of all, unpredictable. Luna the main character is a sweet, efficient girl-spy, and the Bookworm definitely recommends her to you.

Fantasy and Sci-fi in one

This series about a young criminal mastermind/juvenile genius is one of the more suspenseful and thrilling series out there. Around every turn there is some new twist, some new plot or evil pixies to overcome. Filled with plenty of humor, sci-fi, fantasy and suspense to go around, this series is one the Bookworm enjoys reading over and over.
  The large cast of characters also helps in this brilliant series. A technical-minded centuar, an evil-mastermind pixie, an elf who the bookworm is having trouble describing as everything it thinks of is either to girly or to manly or to evil (she is not evil by the way), a side-splittingly funny dwarf and the man-giant guard of Artemis's every step. These  characters fill these pages, following Artemis as he plunges into adventure after world-saving adventure.
  The bookworm definitely recommends this series, and is going to go reread the last book this very moment.
